Step One: Navigate to cws.auburn.edu/adobecc.
Step Two: Read the enrollment requirements and restrictions. Once complete choose Login to Request Your License.
Step Three: Log in using your Auburn Credentials (do not include @auburn.edu)
Step Four: Choose Yes, I would like to be enrolled. As stated above, account activations are processed every hour and your activation request should appear in your inbox within 1 to 2 hours.
Step Five: If you see the Request Confirmed page, you have successfully enrolled and will see receive and email soon.
If you have still not received your activation message after 2 hours, please contact the IT Service Desk, itservicedesk@auburn.edu, for assistance.
Step One: Once your enrollment is complete you will receive an email similar to the one above. Click on Get Started to, get started.
Step Two: Once the site is loaded, choose Sign in with and Enterprise ID.
Step Three: Choose Enterprise ID.
Step Four: Log in using your Auburn Credentials (do not include @auburn.edu)
Step Five: Once Logged in you can manage your account.
Step One: Once Logged in to your CC Account Choose Desktop Downloads.
Step Two: Choose Download under Creative Cloud.
Step Three: Choose Save.
Step Four: Choose Run. (If prompted by UAC choose yes)
Step Five: Choose Sign in with an Enterprise ID.
Step Six: Enter your Auburn Username and hit Tab (note: Do not include tigermail, ex. austudent@auburn.edu)
Step Seven: Choose Enterprise ID.
Step Eight: You will be routed to an Auburn Login page. Use your Auburn Credentials and choose login. (note: no need to include @auburn.edu)
Step Nine: Once logged in you will return to the installation of the Adobe CC App. Choose Start Installing to continue. Installation should begin.
Step Ten: Once installation is complete you will have the option to install desktop apps. Choose the apps you would like to install from the list and click Install.
