Reactivating DUO on a Phone with the Same Number

• On a computer, open a private/incognito window or tab in your web browser.
  
  
• Visit https://auburn.edu/2factor and login with your AU username and password. If the page tries to automatically send a push, click the "Cancel" button.
  
  
  
  
• Click the "My Settings & Devices" link on the left.
  
  
  
  
• Cancel the push again if needed, the click the "Call me" button. Answer the phone call and approve the 2-factor verification request.
  
  
  
  
• Under the device settings for the phone, click the "Reactivate DUO Mobile" button.
  
  
  
  
• Verify the ownership of the phone number using the Call Me button (you may also use the text option).
  
  
  
  
• Open the DUO app on your phone and scan the QR code using the reactivate or +/add option.
  
  
  
  
• All set!
